Which 2 AVs are installed with your Win 7? Are they current versions? Typically, the network connection is the last item which functions properly for the same reason (last line of protection). Your AV protection typically should be the last item to load on your system, IMO, since it is your last line of protection before using the system.

I haven't used Acronis software in years, but I would eliminate using the Data Migration software and try the cloning process from the beginning again. I would disconnect all drives other than the one I intend to boot from.adjust the boot selection menu in the BIOS.restart and see if all goes as it should. If you failed to change the BIOS to reflect the proper drive as the first boot option.and had multiple drives connected.that could account for some of your misadventures. Have not been able to get it to fully startup since. It booted up slowly, I looked at Explorer and Disk Management and then froze. This time I went into BIOS and picked the Samsung as first boot HDD. I did notice the Acronis copy was exact and the Samsung named the reserve partition differently. I clone using Samsung's Data Migration software, no luck. I removed all other drives, still no startup. So I cloned my C: drive with Acronis, put the Samsung in and Windows logo starts but hangs.
